Hmm...

I could've swore that's the same thing I have, but mine definitely had hardware. I've got a Y-Cable that allowed you to plug in a real keyboard with a hardware-based synthesizer as well as the floppy drive. (Pre-defined waveforms)

If that wasn't Synther77, then I've got something else entirely.
