[Coco] No NitrOS-9 Development System Disk Image?

Anybody know why the Development System (the RMA assembler, make, etc.) 
isn't in the nightlies?  I'm going to try to modify view 4.4 so that it 
can use some of the new video capabilities of the latest version of 
CoCo3FPGA.
