[Coco] MAKE woes? Was: rlink woes? was Re: nasty bug incprep19!!!

I found the problem!

MAKE_TK.lzh has a bad case of Y2K.

It is NOT usable.

I have built my new "archive" program. If the testing goes well I will stop 
looking for bugs. I have found too many.
