[Coco] New Setup Multi language for CocoDskUtil V 1.0.10 now OK

Hi,

Luis has suggested that he wants to do something for OS-9 in the future.

The CoCo DECB disks have a different structure than OS-9 disks.

OS-9 disks do not (In general, there some hybrid disks) have a FAT in the
place that a CoCo DECB utility expects one.

Thus the error.

Not at this time and perhaps never as OS-9 disks are much more complex.

That should be "cococoding.com/cocodskutil" (spelling error)

Should your program be able to work with OS-9 images? It appears not to
like them and reports a damaged FAT. If I use cocofuse to mount them on
my Linux box, the image is fine.
