[Coco] HBD-DOS 1.2 DW3 for CoCo3 serial port baud rate selectable?

Using HBD-DOS 1.2 DW3 for CoCo3, is there a way to set the bitbanger serial
port baud rate? Either with a poke or short BASIC program?

I want to try lower rates with a wireless connection I am experimenting
with. The default 115.2k might be too fast, so I want to try 57.6k first to
verify it works.
