[Coco] terminal independence

The OS9UG disks on maltedmedia in coco/us_os9_usergroup have some
interesting stuff for driving different terminals.

disk16 has gotoxy modules for ansi and coco
disk31 has gotoxy and dynacalc.trm files for kimtron and wordpak
disk32 has gotoxy for the TVI 970
disk34 looks like it has something to do with terminals.

I haven't tried any of this stuff yet, I'm just looking at the index for
stuff I recognize.
