Thanks Gene...I will definitely be checking the specs when I get back home 

a little later.

As far as the cable, looking at the specs for the CoCo RGB connector and 
the 15 Pin VGA connector, I've matched up all the signals that both have 
that I would use to build the cable. Looking at it, I'm assuming I can tie 

the grounds together, ignore the Audio signal and the No Connection pins 
from the CoCo side. That being the case, the following table (I hope this 
comes through) should list everything I need to wire up the cable and get 
it working assuming I can use it with a monitor that supports the lower 
frequency range you described on the Horizontal Sync.

What do you think?

Most of the old MultiSync (NEC) monitors have that info on a label on the 
back, so it shouldn't be too difficult. If not, Google for "$Brand $Model 
specifications", and it should be in the first page of hits.
