Any LCD tv with a SCART input connector would be a prime candidate.  I 
picked up a Samsung 730MW on eBay for $75.  Does a great job with older 
15Khz. RGB computers.  SCART plugs are not an over-the-counter item in the 
US, but easy to find (and cheap) on eBay.
