Bill,
Speaking as someone that DID buy products from Cloud-9 and put up $100 
in support of the project you do not have the right to raise concerned 
for me!

Since you have never supported the Super Board (with a deposit) then you 
don't have the right to be concerned!

As for me, I would not mind if Mark to killed the project and keep my 
$100 to help control his development lose on it.

Mark, you do what feels best for you.  I will support you either way.
