[Coco] rainbow guide to os9, level 1

I just purchased a copy of this off evilbay.  I haven't been able to
find a PDF of it anywhere, so I think it hasn't been scanned (though
I'd love to be wrong about that).

If anyone has the facilities and time to scan it in, I will send the
book to them.  Yours to keep, if it doesn't destroyed in the process.
I can process PDFs to do OCR/cleanup/etc but don't have a way to scan
things myself.

If we can get a PDF made, I'll upload to cococoding, malted media, etc
