That sounds like the one that I have. You can download the coco3fpga software
from the coco3fpga yahoo group. The documentation isn't the best but the yahoo group
has a forum section and people there and here can give you the help needed to get it
all working. If I can figure it out and get it working with only a little help anyone
can!!
