Couldn't agree more James.
Was pretty bad the last couple of years a'fore I left, but I know it got 
much worse.

One of the best engrs I knew - and a friend - was forced out a couple of
years later, but the day BEFORE the layoff was announced, they cut
the "package" in half!!! That was really dirty. Had witnessed that stuff 
during
my time at TI, but MOT had been immune to that BS while "Uncle Bob"
was running the show.

Well they lost a much better man than me and deserve the results.......
