[Coco] Primer for NitrOS-9?

Thanks for all the docs everyone, I'll start reading up and see how far I
get. I believe I have a set of disks I got from cloud-9 a while back when I
was ordering stuff, didn't want to boot them up at the time without making a
copy, but as I think the disks were 40 tracks, I didn't know how to back
them up on a coco (the only physical machine I have that can read 5 1/4
disks)... somehow I didn't think "BACKUP 0 to 1" would work...
