[Coco] Primer for NitrOS-9?

It's hard to pick just one, but check out "The Complete Rainbow Guide
to OS-9",  "Mastering OS-9 on the Tandy Color Computer 3" or even
microware's own " Getting Started With OS-9".  All are available in
