Using the syntax:
lwasm file.asm -l -o file.bin

I get the following error:
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.

I can't find the syntax for lwasm in the docs so I assumed the 
typical.  Did I do something wrong?
