I haven't seen the bugginess, but I agree completely with the "..slow, 
bloated, confusing and ambiguous.." dept.  Way, way too many features and 
not enough clarity for doing simple things.

However, I admit to being a coding neanderthal in some ways.  My favorit 
environment is emacs + gcc/g++ + gdb.
