[Coco] HDBDOSDW3CC1

  From what I understand, all forms of Disk Basic need to be patched to 
support disk sizes other than 35 tracks.  I'm not sure what the process 
is and what needs to be changed though, so perhaps someone else could 
enlighten us there.
