[Coco] darn! no luck on modpak conversion

I have an old modem pak card that someone had started converting into
a regular RS232 pak.  After much procrastination I finally finished
the conversion, and tried testing it today.

No luck so far.  It didn't work.  Now I'll have to get fancy to debug
it.
