[Coco] DriveWire 4 GUI

There is an initial version of a GUI now available for DW4 at
https://sites.google.com/site/drivewire4/

For full functionality you'll need to use the brand new version of the
server also available there. Some bug fixes in this new server
version as well so it's recommended even if you're not interested in
the GUI.

The win32 version is tested and works pretty well. The OS X build is
not so tested and has some minor appearance issues that need to be
sorted out, but it should work fine otherwise. Haven't had time to
make a Linux build yet, but the source is in CVS and includes an
eclipse project file, etc. Shouldn't be too hard to build if you're
interested and familiar with java.

The GUI is completely separate from the server, so you can run it on a
different machine if desired. It provides easy loading of disks and
disk sets, all disk operations, server info, MIDI configuration, log
viewing, etc. A couple of things aren't done yet, but mostly I like
the way it's turned out.

We had planned originally to do a web based GUI. I'd still like to
tackle that at some point and designed this GUI with that in mind to
some degree. For now, this UI is a regular stand alone application.
