The original RGBDOS that came with the Ken-Ton scsi system would boot 
from RSDOS "disks" on the hard drive. RGBDOS for emulators will do the 
same as will HDBDOS.
In effect you are booting from the hard drive but not the OS-9 portion. 
Once the kernel and os9boot file are loaded from the portion of the hard 
drive assigned to Disk Basic, the boot process continues from the OS-9 
portion of the hard drive.
