[Coco] Hires mouse emulation in VCC

Below is a description of the steps I took setting things in MESS 136b. 
There is a PNG image of the default settings as they occur in MESS when I 
started it. Note that I have changed nothing in those dialogs.

start--
launches in composite video mode
opens CoCo emulation in full-screen
ALT-TAB minimizes emulation
WINDOW key now minimizes emulation (didn't in 132, used FUNCTION-numLock)
FUNCTION-numLock-TAB opens internal MESS menus
in Driver Configuration, selected Hi-Res Joystick none, using right-arrow 
set it to using right-port
in Video Options, selected RGB
in Keyboard Mode, selected natural (no more coco-keyboard layout)
FUNCTION-numLock-ESCAPE to quit emulation
end--

This is my "default" configuration for the emulation of the CoCo3. You can
