[Coco] Hires mouse emulation in VCC

Hi Aaron,

When I start a MESS emulation (Coco3 NTSC), it starts up the Coco in window.
I lose the mouse pointer, but ALT-TAB does bring that back, albeit leaving
an @ character on the coco screen :)

In Default Game Properties, Controllers Tab, the option 'Enable mouse input'
is unticked.
In 'controller mapping' the mouse device points to the Mouse.

As per Robert Gault's suggestion, Sleep when possible and Multi-threaded
rendering are ticked.

I get no menu bar in version 0.136B, but I do in Version 0.110. Is that
correct? Did they remove the menus in this version?

Regards, Bob Devries
