[Coco] Shell and Applications in OS9Boot?

I'm trying to make a bootable slideshow disk that will run in 128K. I'm
trying to pare the boot file down to the bare essentials. Several
questions to that end:

1. Do I need the pipe driver and descriptor (assuming pipes are not
used in a shell script)?
2. Can I include the shell and application program in the bootlist to
reduce memory fragmentation? I've tried this out, but the boot process
hangs.
3. Do I need to change sysgo? It has a hardcoded path to
/dd/cmds/shell -- is this causing a problem because the shell is already
loaded with the boot modules? Or am I likely having a problem with
something else that I left out of the boot list?
