[Coco] VCC real floppy issues

Hey guys,

I was installing VCC on a new PC and ran into an issue I hope has an easy
explanation/solution. VCC works fine by itself. However, use of the real
floppy drive is not working, and I think it's because of the fdrawcmd.dll
driver is incompatible. In the VCC docs, it says the only version of fdraw
that VCC will work with is 1.0.1.9 - the only downloadable version of fdraw
I can find is 10.0.0.10. Does anyone have the older version? I've had VCC
working with real floppy drives in the past, and I'm hoping the issues is
the fdraw driver version and not that the floppy controller in my new PC is
incompatible.
