[Coco] DriveWire virtual modems

I've finished up virtual modems in the DriveWire server, and also
(finally!) fixed the bug in multi read. Running Supercomm and
connecting out to internet BBSes works very well. There are a
surprising number of these BBSes running, a good list is at
http://www.telnetbbsguide.com Too bad most of them seem to run
Windoze. I'm even more determined to get an OS-9 BBS up after
spending some time today on the Coco connecting to other boards.

The virtual modems support a good range of Hayes commands. It should
be easy to use any OS-9 terminal program to connect out. Code at

Next I need to finish dial in and emulate some rs232 controls, which
won't be much work. Then I really need to try and help Wayne decode
RiBBS! :)
