[Coco] DriveWire netdisk interface

I've been thinking about how to enable writing to disks stored in an
internet disk repository.
I had an idea of how this could work, and wondered if you guys were
interested in something like this.

Basically, when you start DriveWire and connect to the internet disk
service, in addition to the public list of available disks each user
could have a disk image (or a set) that was writable only to them.
You could use these from the CoCo just like a regular disk.

Your user disks could be seen in the netdisk listing by other users,
they could access them in read only mode. In this way, a Coco user
could "publish" files on their disk images and other CoCo users could
access them directly from their CoCo. No need to download or
manipulate disk images, etc.. just attach the disk and use standard
OS-9 commands to copy them to a local disk, or even run them right
from the public image. Sharing files between two CoCo users is as
simple as user A copies the file to their personal image, user B
mounts the same image and there it is.

I have plenty of space in a hosting center to run a public server for
this and am happy to write the code (much of it is already done) if
this would be useful to the community.
