[Coco] Mini Host app

I remember back in the late 80s or early 90s, I was using ProComm Plus
but had all sorts of problems with data transfers. One of the local
Wildcat sysops turned me onto Telix, and I used it pretty much from
then until I quit actually dialing out via my PC. I even found a
3rd-party SALT script that was a nearly full-featured BBS package
(IIRC, there was no Fido support) called Host4 that I set up for some
of the local sysops to use.
