[Coco] Dynaform and Dynaspell from Dynasoft

Actually, that version of DynaSpell on excalibur, while written by Dale 
Puckett, is the OWL-Ware one. The one I'm looking for is the original one as 
sold by Frank Hogg Laboratories.
