[Coco] Magazines and Indexes

I just sent you a copy.  Although, where I'm heading with this is a back
port to DECB and OS9 Level 2, since the vast majority of the info in the
database is Coco related, and not 68k.  There is 68k stuff in there, but
only 1-2%.
