I very much appreciate the uploads!

There were a couple of articles Tony di Stefano wrote in consecutive
issues of Rainbow about an EPROM emulator. Does anyone know which
issues those were? (I hope I got his name right.)

Heh, maybe Mr. Marlette would like to take this on as another project.
There would be less of a market for it, and the "VROM" advertised in
his upcoming Super Board would obviate the need for burning any
EPROMs, at least for the CoCo itself, but it could make the CoCo a
useful development tool for creating firmware for whatever purpose.
Design your own cash register or disc brake controller, that sort of
thing. Of course, if someone were able to design and build such a
device, then they wouldn't need Mr. Marlette's help to build the
emulator, if they had di Stefano's schematics. Anyway, EPROMs would
still be handy for other CoCo hardware, such as di Stefano's "4 in 1"
expansion for his drive controller for example.

BTW is there an EPROM burner for the CoCo which actually works, i.e.
doesn't run on batteries?

Thanks again.
