[Coco] Hi Fellow Coco and Dragon users. How about updating WimgTool for Dragon

Tracks 16 and 20, plus the actual format of the directory is different.
Also Dragon Dos disks can be single or double sided, 40 or 80 tracks.

As long as it isn't writen in COBOL !
