[Coco] Hi Fellow Coco and Dragon users. How about updating WimgTool for Dragon

Yeah I tried that coco rsdos.vdk format it will not read dragondos disks. As i'm pretty certain the Directory tracks are different. coco is track 17, while the dragon is on track 34 I think. been that long since i played around with a real dragon computer.

So Yes we need a Dragon VDK format implemented.
