Ehternet on a Coco3 would be best done with OS9. 

Yes it can be done with RSBASIC, but so can a lot of other things. Ethernet 
would be the crowning item to add to OS9. Add that capability to a 
multitasking OS and you really can open the door for meaningful apps.
