[Coco] Drivewire question

The DriveWire spec is currently geared towards the CoCo, but it  
obviously shares some common features that could benefit other  
systems.  I'm not opposed to having the standard extend outside of the  
scope of the CoCo, but I really don't use any other retro system at  
the moment.
