[Coco] NitrOS-9 floppy images

As another Bob, I know I've mentioned this padding a long time ago. It 
might even have been discussed in the developers newsletter when it 
still existed.
It certainly never mattered to me what was used for padding. If anyone 
finds it offensive, they need to get a sense of humor.
