[Coco] Xmodem, Ymodem ...Back on the COCO

I don't use Terminal Software on the coco. I use "Shell i=/t2&" and from 
there, I'm using Hyperterminal to use this POS PC to act as a terminal on 
the coco.
 Before I download this stuff, will it work in this enviroment?
