George,
For ZModem, you'll need the programmes SZ and RZ (for send and receive 
respectively). Version 3.36 is available on the RTSI ftp site.

There's versions of YModem and (probably) XModem there too, along with 
various terminal programmes, including XCom9, which I used extensively.
