[Coco] HD size for NitrOS-9

Make it no bigger than the drive you plan to use for backups.

When I first got a hard drive from Cloud-9, I was cautioned to 
keep it under 128 MB to avoid problems with utilities that
assume a cluster size of 1; and, 20 MB really is a lot of
space.  For most of us the only real difference between
20 MB and 127 MB is that it will take six times a long to
format the bigger drive.
