[Coco] Rainbow IDE 1.6 upgrade

Attention Rainbow IDE 1.4 users...

An updated version (1.6) is about to be posted on www.rainbowide.com 
and www.coco3.com.

To upgrade, just copy the files that are in the .zip into your 
Rainbow install folder, such as C:\Program Files\Rainbow IDE\

Choose YES when Windows asks you if you want to overwrite existing 
files with the same names.

Rainbow 1.6 lets you use the latest version(s) of the M.E.S.S. 
emulator (such as 0.125) that use the "-flop#" options for mounting 
virtual floppy disks, while support is no longer available for older 
versions of the M.E.S.S. emulator (such as .104b) that use the older 
"-flop" option for mounting disks.

Also, if you want to use the i686 optimized version of M.E.S.S. 
(downloadable from mess.org) you must tell Rainbow the name of the 
emulator executable which is messuipp.exe (not messgui.exe).  Rainbow 
will act as if it doesn't see the messuipp.exe file when you browse 
for it in the IDE, so when setting your M.E.S.S. options, type in the 
name of this file manually when it asks -->  messuipp.exe.  That's 
it.  Rainbow is now set to launch the latest .0125 i686 optimized 
version of M.E.S.S. and you should be back in business.  The standard 
messgui.exe emulator build is also supported the same.
