[Coco] termcap header was Re: Virtual Memory in OS-9

Might not need a functioning termcap.
Does anybody really use a terminal other than the regular OS9 type?  Lot of work (and code bloat) for nothing if everybody is using a CoCo.

Humm.  I've got a termcap.h but I'm not sure where it came from.
