I am going to assume that Cocodownunder sparked this debate/notice? 

 

As for the public domain discussion, Iagree, it's a shame this material
hasn't been release to public domain, but nonetheless its not up to us, but
rather the author who remains in control of the said material. All we can do
is comply with the author's requests.  Sadly this decision is out of our
control, like it or not. All we can do is hound Steve for a way to purchase
this material, and hope he grants our wish.
