I always rather LIKED the CoCo's chicklet keyboard.  I had the feeling that the
real objection of many of those who were critical of it was that it didn't LOOK
like the keyboard of a serious machine and played into the perception of the
CoCo as a toy, which Tandy did little to discourage.  I found the keyboard
responsive and easy to type quickly on.
