[Coco] video capture on W-xp

Correction:? it now seems that the NPS.GOV site has nothing to do with printscreen being able

to capture a live video.? The capture did work on a recently acquired computer, running W-XP

as stated, but a repeat capture on another computer also runing W-XP did not make a capture,

only a black screen was obtained.? So now I'm back to confusionville.


Also, a previous post may have been duplicated; no, I did not hit 'send' twice, but it likely is

due to using a beta webmail version on a pocket pc which seems to have a 'eCarboncopy

feature',? ie a bug.
