[Coco] Coco GIME Timer interrupt

On my website the coco3 hardware docs contain GIME interrupt 
information. My code on the site (the 256 color demo and the mandelbrot 
code) both use the GIME interrupts for timing. If I recall there is a 
code profiler that measures clock cycles used in the mandelbrot code 
based on the high speed timer.
