I mentioned on this list back in March that his daughter (I believe this is
his daughter) is Wendy MacGregor:

street address should be "Drive", not "Road", but otherwise it is correct.)

You can visit here and see that Falsoft, Inc. has closed its doors, but
apparently it is still "in good standing."  I don't know how to interpret
that, especially since no report was files since 1998:
