[Coco] OSK power supply question

I just received my AT306 that I purchased from Boisy. It requires an XT/AT
type power supply, which I have. BUT, I found a sexy litle micro-atx tower
case that will accept the baby-at form facter motherboard. However, the XT
power supply will not fit in this case. The case does come with an 200+
watt ATX type power supply.

What I want to do is cut the P8 and P9 connectors off of the old XT
powersupply I have, and marry them to the ATX 24-pin connector. I've got
the pin outs for the XT PS and for the ATX PS. I'm just a little fuzzy on
the conversion for the actual POWER ON switch.

The XT switch actually switches AC LINE power. The ATX switch is a
momentary that does something to the PowerGood line. This is where I'm
fuzzy. How do I do this conversion? I woul accept an always on condition
and use the rear switch if thats the only way to do it. But using the power
switch on the front of the case would be nicer.
