That's trickier.  Try OS9.EXE.  It's
ftp://ftp.rtsi.com/OS9/MSDOS/os9206a.zip 

Also, buried somwhere in rtsi's OS9_6X09 directory tree is a program
called pcdos. It's a MSDOS disk reader/writer for OS-9. (straight OS-9
needs a patch to run pcdos, NitrOS already has the patch.)  pcdos also
has a brother, rsdos, for Disk BASIC disks, if you care.

Or use a terminal program to download it.

Someone else mentioned toolshed
http://www.sourceforge.net/projects/toolshed but I don't know if it'll
run under old-fashioned DOS..  If you have an OS it'll run under, it
works well.
