[Coco] CoCoDisk Update v03

to Darren and others,...

It occurs to me that if a programme can be written to read a disk image,
then it must be possible to display either a BASIC directory, or (with a
little more effort) an OS-9 directory. Neither of these is rocket science
IMHO.

I will attest that using the program is pretty intuitive. Just install the
floppy driver software and then run the gui. It's like a Windows version of
DSKINI.EXE and RETRIEVE.EXE rolled into one simple and effective gui. Thumbs
Up!

One feature I would wish for would be if it could display the directory of
the disk/dsk, even if it was read only.

Cheers,
Bob

It's a quick-and-dirty GUI utility I wrote for reading and writing CoCo
floppy disks under WinXP/2000/Vista. It requires a special floppy disk
driver that can be obtained from <http://simonowen.com/fdrawcmd/>.

It's similar to OmniFlop, but designed specifically for CoCo/Dragon
formatted disks. The main advantage it has over OmniFlop is faster
read/write operations.

There is a PDF 'Read Me' file included with a basic description, but its
operation should be self-explanatory.
