[Coco] RELIC now on SourceForge

Man, when I took compilers, if I'd said I wanted my compiler to
generate 6809 code the prof would have smacked me.  If I had said I
wanted to compile a BASIC varient, he probably would have shot me. :-)

Not that the Python subset we were compiling was much better suited to
a compiler environment.  

Anyway, congrats on finishing your compiler.   I know exactly how big
a job that is.
