[Coco] Question about the PIA RAM Size input

There's really no difference in the code it takes to alternate the 
MSBit of 65312 or the Single-bit sound bit of 65314.  Both will 
produce a loud click or pop to the speaker in the same CPU cycles.  I 
guess they found a quick way to mix sound, but I didn't think both 
channels could be enabled at the same time.
